We are based in the UK and currently do not provide delivery outside of the UK. However, we are very happy to provide a quote for countries outside of the UK, please email email@example.com and we will look into it for you. We know you don't want to spend a fortune on delivery, so we aim to keep costs low. We are very conscious of packaging waste, and where possible will recycle boxes and wrap.
We provide FREE delivery (signature required) for orders over £40. Your options and whether or not you qualify for free delivery will be shown at the checkout stage. As standard we use the Royal Mail Signed For® service, and in the case of larger or heavier items we use the following couriers; Yodel (via Collect+), UPS and ParcelForce, all services require a signature. For orders received before 3pm Monday to Friday, we aim to dispatch on the same day. However, in busier periods, orders will be dispatched the next day.

For orders received before 3pm Monday to Friday, we aim to dispatch on the same day. However, in busier periods, orders will be dispatched the next day. We cannot dispatch on Bank Holidays. 3 We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.
4 Collection by you. We only allow collection in respect of gift fairs that we may be present at, please speak to a member of the team if you would like to collect any products from us. We do not allow collection for online sales.
5 If the product can not be delivered due to no one being home, or access being restricted. If no one is available at your address to take delivery and the parcel cannot be posted through your letterbox, or access is restricted, Royal Mail will leave a note informing you how to rearrange delivery, or how you can collect the parcel. If you have missed the first attempt from a courier, they will usually leave a card notifying you of the next delivery date or collection information. They may leave a contact number so you can get in touch with the courier directly to reschedule a delivery. However, as their couriers are self-employed they are not obliged to leave a contact number. Alternatively the courier may leave your parcel in a 'safe place', this enables the courier to deliver your parcel even if you're not in. If they cannot deliver your parcel, they will return it back to HowCurious? Ltd. In these cases, we class the parcel as being undeliverable and will therefore issue you a full refund once we receive the the parcel. This parcel return usually takes 14 days, but can be sooner depending on the location of the parcel.
6 When you become responsible for the goods. A product will be your responsibility from the time we deliver the product to the address you gave us, or from the time we accept payment in person.
7 When you own goods. You own a product once we have received payment in full.
